Robert leads public and regulatory affairs at Mosa Meat in the Netherlands and serves as President of Cellular Agriculture Europe in Brussels. He has 25 years of experience in public policy, advocacy, regulatory affairs, and food systems reform. He holds Master’s degrees in Political Management from George Washington University, in Business & Entrepreneurship from the London School of Economics, and is a classically trained chef graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, California.
