In this episode of the Gulfood #LetsChewPodcast, we speak to the one and only award-winning, Tatiana Antonelli who is the Founder and Managing Director of Goumbook, a Social Enterprise established in 2009 which is dedicated to raising awareness among the local community about sustainability and green living. Goumbook is one of the oldest social enterprises in the UAE and today it manages different projects in the region. In this episode, she shares some of the ways she empowers local sustainability initiatives in the region and how the food industry can contribute to the climate change conversation leading up to COP28 and in the year of sustainability.
