Ours is a family business located in the western part of Sicily in the
heart of the Belìce Valley and the production and processing of table olives of the “Nocellara del Belìce” cultivar.
Our production is obtained almost exclusively from the family's olive groves and processed using artisanal methods mainly by hand that put us in a position to offer a finished product capable of preserving all the physical, chemical and organoleptic characteristics of the past.
At the same time we produce extra virgin olive oil exclusively from the Nocellara del Belìce cultivar, obtained by cold pressing the olives.
